DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO ALL COUNTRIES?
Yes, JHeaps offers worldwide shipping. Wherever you are, we will be there to meet your fashion needs.
HOW LONG WILL I TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
We put our best efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Our normal delivery time is within 5-10 business days for orders within India and 10-15 days for international orders, once we ship the products from our warehouse. *Delivery times may vary a bit depending on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay using Master Card, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club card. 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at contactus@jheaps.com. We will resolve the issue. If your payment is debited from your account after the payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
I HAVE ALREADY PAID SHIPPING CHARGES WHY WOULD I PAY CUSTOM DUTY OR VAT NOW?
The shipping charges we collect are freight charges. The custom duties/taxes are not a part of shipping charges and are usually decided by your local government. We have no control over the same.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
In case a product ordered is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to raise a return request within 72hrs of receiving the order. Please keep all packaging material, original tags intact. Customized products cannot be returned.

ARE THE COLOURS OR PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
Due to the intricate and unique nature of the products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor / mobile phone screens/laptops etc and the actual product.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE OF MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honour requests for specific delivery dates, however, rest assured that we will try our best to deliver by the promised delivery date.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MAKE A CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDER?
You need to make the payment in the form of cash to the courier personnel when they deliver the package at the shipping address you provided during order placement.
