- If an item does not conform with the requirements outlined in its description and, for example, is defective or damaged or is not as described when the customer receives them, the customer can raise a return request within 72 hours (3 days) of the delivery of the item.
- JHeaps will respond to a customer raising a return request within 2 business days.
- The products must be in unused condition with the tags intact for claiming returns/refund.
- Made to order products, e.g. custom stitched products are not eligible for returns.
- Refund to the customer would depend on the initial payment method used at the time of order placement. For pre-payments (Netbanking/credit card/debit card), the refund would be made via the same payment method. If the initial payment was by COD the refund would be transferred to the buyer’s bank account. After the refund approval, the buyer needs to provide the recipient bank account and IFSC code, to enable the transfer. The refund will be made to the buyer within 10 days of the arrival of the return shipment at our warehouse, provided the items in the return shipment are in the original condition.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason once they are shipped.
